Introducing Sunrise SUP Goat Yoga
Beginner’s sunrise SUP goat yoga will meet on the dock of the bay on Tuesdays at 6am. Class lasts one hour. SUPs and goats provided.
Advanced sunrise SUP goat yoga will meet on Thursdays from 4–7am. We’ll launch oceanside from the Sea Street beach access point. Goats provided. Bring your own SUP.
What to expect:
Our goats have varying degrees of SUP yoga experience. Let us know if you prefer to partner with a beginner, intermediate, or advanced goat.
Goats are indiscriminate consumers. Plan to leave all personal belongings on shore, perhaps your paddle too.
It will be dark when class begins. Prepare to become the light within lightlessness as you ground your body atop the SUP, merge your energy with that of the goat, and embody your oneness with the gentle bay (beginner class) or unpredictably undulating ocean (advanced class).
Expect to spend the duration of class in emotional weightlessness. Should painful feelings arise, please reposition your goat.
For an extra $25, you’ll receive one can of LaCroix.
For an additional $50, we’ll provide you with a post-class kale, quinoa, and placenta smoothie. You may choose from human or goat placenta.
Safety is our primary concern. We’ll have rescue kayaks on site for goats and a megaphone through which to shout “Faith over fear!” to participants in distress.
